Mochi Ice-Cream

As promised, here’s the recipe for Mochi Ice-Cream :-
 

Ingredients

1 cup mochiko sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
katakuriko, for dusting (potato starch)
